Whitedecay,

November 3rd, 2006

What is whitedecay ?

Whitedecay is an online retail and design concept which encourages interaction and the exchange of ideas for designers across the globe. It not only is a online retail store-front, but it also provides the platform for designers to collaborate – to barter and trade their original designs. In addition to this, white decay provides designers to conceptualize their personal online store-fronts to showcase their work. In essence, white decay is much more than just a label.

How does Whitedecay operate ?

Whitedecay, besides its’ design platform, will consist of a webstore – which is also a online retail storefront, which enables users to purchase their own clothing designs.
Encouraging aspiring designers to use white decay as a storefront and retail on-line will also be one of white decays’ objectives.

How is Whitedecay different ?

Whitedecay aspires to be a international webstore and platform for emerging artists and designers first, instead of simply being an online storefront. The exposure and coverage acquired will be leveraged as a brand internationally as well as locally.

Designers, artist and students! Get cracking to create your very own webstore and gallery with a designer profile. Download the room template to do up the very own virtual store online …

SneakerKing !

October 31st, 2006

SneakerKing releases 6 year anniversary T-Shirt.

To celebrate the 6 year anniversary of West-Germany’s very first sneaker joint, “SneakerKing”, owner and countrywide known street-thug “Pomo” teamed up with one of the first west-german city-writers, “Doper One”, to produce the so-called “Crown”-T-Shirt.

Representing the old-school in a new fashion way, their claim is about showing respect to the tough and outlaw origins of street-culture.

Farennikov Apparel,

October 30th, 2006

Farennikov Apparel, a small and practically unknown t-shirt line from California, made news yesterday by announcing a wet t-shirt contest !

Their claim states that “Out wet t-shirt is better then your wet t-shirrt” and they say they will give out one of their t-shirts for free for Christmas to the person who’s submission they like the best. Well, that’s ambitious for a company who made only one t-shirt.

Let’s wish them a good luck in their contest !
