Future Relic is closing shop.

Kenyon , Future Relic:
We want to thank everyone for their support throughout our 4 years in the biz. We both feel that Future Relic still has potential, but at this point in time, we have decided to go our separate ways.

Paul has joined forces with long time collaborator and friend, XLARGE and Kenyon is still producing work- drawings, paintings, stickers, screenprinted posters.
The good news is that everything is on sale until it all sells out.

NIRO
Niro are traditionally designed, yet innovative, sunglasses made out of celluloid acetate. The classic ‘70’s “pear-drop” lens shape is altered by a more squared-off and pronounced frame, stronger bars and a more distinctive shape of the lenses.

Full size picture: Niro & Niro
The shape of Niro is achieved through an elaborate process: the coating, punching, shaping and welding are all performed by skilled craftsmen, allowing each model to gain the creative edge.
Niro is a personal belonging created by Italia Independent. Every I-I product is conceived, developed and produced entirely in Italy.
Every component of the sunglass is hand-tinted. The logos and the personalization on the sunglass bar are laser-done.
The lenses are supplied by the Carl Zeiss Vision Sunlens.
“Personal belongings” are unique innovative objects, the direct expression of experiences and tastes of independent people. These objects interpret the style, the innovation and the Italian lifestyle in a global vision.

Carbon Sever
Carbon Sever is the first pair of sunglasses made entirely of carbon fiber. Carbon Sever sunglasses are handmade by skilled expert craftsmen.

Full size picture: Carbon Sever & Carbon Sever
The workmanship of the over 40 carbon “skins” necessary to achieve the finished item requires an elaborate production process. The “skins” are kept at a temperature of 15 degrees below zero before the long sophisticated phase of moulding and processing.
The sunglasses are then hand-sanded with special paper and painted; this process is repeated at least three times to obtain the finished product. Each pair of sunglasses is unique, and therefore cannot be counterfeited.
The design of Carbon Sever, devised by the Italia Independent internal team, is characterised by soft yet aggressive shapes that make the sunglasses unisex.

So your probably thinking … ‘SOHO TUNA‘… what the..?!?! we’ll we wanted a name that was funky / Outlandish, that suggested seedy undertones, Basically something that didn’t make sense due to it sheer randomness.

Nick, Fashion Hurtz :
The name of the line is Fashion Hurtz. The name came from my partner/cousin. When he told me about it, he called it Fashion Hertz, but I didn’t like it because it reminded me of Hertz Car Rental. After repeating the name to myself, I just changed the spelling and Fashion Hurtz was born.

FH was started in the summer of ‘06, but the idea of having a t-shirt/clothing line has always been in my head. Right now we just have male and female t-shirts, hoodies, and bandanas. But soon we will be expanding to other items such as caps, lady leggins, bags and etc. Well, I’m a graphic designer by trade and I am born and raised in the greatest borough in NYC. BROOKLYN! And my partner is my cousin from Suffolk, VA.

Everyday life, hip hop, girls, and sports are our influences. The main idea of the line is we are “Just Living The Dream!”, and that is the tag line. We are random kind of guy and that’s how the designs are.

Three new designs available at [2one5] :
Gradient Bridge:
We’re, like, totally getting faded, dude, and it’s not off some of that “Mary Jane”. We prefer to suck in the noxious fumes of freshly printed silk-screen ink. So, in one of those “moments,” we slathered a t-shirt with a large, perforated, gradient blob of ink in the shape of our bridge. Don’t worry, we’ve got plenty to go around, as this is the first in a series of many. Flick on the black-light and get ready to have an “experience”.

Superstar:
Now that AI skirted out of town on the first plane to the crisp Rocky Mountains, it’s your turn to take over the spotlight, hog the ball, and take thirty jumpers a game. We’ve updated our Superstar design with the red, white, and blue of our beloved Sixers. Whether they drudge through the bottom of the ranks again, or hoist a trophy in what will surely be a moment of glory, the Sixers will always be our Superstars. Awww.

Brand Imperial:
Sometimes, a drop of the tropics can really hit the spot. While you’re tipping back glass after glass of freshly spiked lemonade, squeezing the delicious nectar of sweet tropical fruits down your throat, and getting ready to take a nice dip in the pool, be sure to cover up with our newest Brand Imperial t-shirt. It’ll help protect your skin from the damaging sun, leaving you looking fresher, younger, and more beautiful.

Sylvania resident Micah Lindenberger has partnered with Matt Taylor, of Oregon, to start their own t-shirt design business, Devicious.

Lindenberger said he had the idea to start an online t-shirt store because he had seen many other designers selling t-shirts and thought to himself, “I’ve been screen printing for three years and I’ve made t-shirts for friends and local bands in the past, so why not sell my designs to the public? It was always too much work by myself to run an online store, and none of my friends where designers so I had forgotten the idea until I had a talk with my coworker Matt about starting one up.”

Taylor thought this was a great idea and had always wanted to do tshirts designs as well but had no means of getting them printed.Since the both had the same interest, the two began working to pull a business together.
![Devicious]()
“Matt designed the logo, because he has a natural talent for creating awesome logos” Lindenberger said. “The t-shirts will be an urban-style design. We are trying to create t-shirts that would be considered a work of art, but you can actually wear it, so for our first release of t shirts we will probably stray away from the normal funny text style shirts where you can find everywhere, and concentrate on creating shirts that are completely different from the norm.”

“We got the name Devicious after throwing around several different ideas. We thought maybe we could take a cool phrase from one of our favorite songs and work that into a name, then Matt had the idea to create our own word, so I threw out the name Devicious a mix between delicious and vicious the name stuck and thats what we hope to bring to the customer a delicious t-shirt design with a slice of viciousness”.

They are hoping the company will grow with products as time goes on. “We hope to expand to selling girls canvas totes, printed canvas wallets, and zip-up hoodies,” Taylor said. “Our target audience is older high school and college students that are into collecting t-shirts.” The company will ship t-shirts all over the U.S.

Both Lindenberger and Taylor currently work for Verso Group in Toledo, which is a well known entertainment company. Verso Group also owns Dynamic Design USA, where the two will print their shirts. Matt and Micah are also attending Bowling Green State University for bachelor degrees in Visual Communications Technology.
