BBK !

November 26th, 2007

BBK wants to bring out the kid’s spirit in you. Kids are the past, the present and the future. They are the essence of imagination, of hope and of love.

BBK

This is why kids are nuts.

BBK

Be spontanious and go buy stuff you love, go back to that feeling you had when you entered a candy shop. Don’t be afraid to shop freely, and don’t feel guilty about not blending in with the masses.

BBK

Nicolas Hamel, BBK :

BBK

“We believe in keeping our production limited so that no one around you rocks the same stuff. Keep supporting us and we will keep evolving just like the youth”.

SEXUAL CONFUSION by T-Post

November 21st, 2007

T-Post November issue “Sexual Confusion” :

At this very moment mathematicians around the world are working day and night to crack one of life’s great mysteries: How heterosexual women could claim to have considerably fewer sex partners than numbers claimed by heterosexual men.

In study after study and in country after country, men report more, often many more, sexual partners than women. One survey, recently reported by the U.S. government, concluded that men claimed an average of seven female sex partners, while women claimed an average of only four male sex partners.

Another study, by British researchers, stated that men had 12.7 heterosexual partners in their lifetimes and women had 6.5. Researchers intent on solving this dumbfounding equation refuse to give up. But when asked about feasible theories as to why the numbers don’t match up, a health statistician Cheryl D. Fryar at the National Center for Health Statistics could only reply by saying “I have no idea”.

T-Post

Sexual Confusion is designed by FormaFantasma

FormaFantasma is the design laboratory of two young Italians, Simone Farresin and Andrea Trimarchi. After having finished their design studies in Florence they are now based in Eindhoven in The Netherlands where they attend the Design Academy.

As FormaFantasma they are working with a variety of themes and media from art and illustration to product and graphic design. With an aesthetic referring to Sicilian baroque, mediaeval miniatures and the Victorian black and white graphics, their intricate artworks transform modern vector graphics into what you could call a “digital craftwork”.

For this issue of T-Post the duo created a totemic design that represents the gender connections and confusion in an ironic way.

Using abstract shapes reminiscent of…well, have a close look and you will see.

Brand of the Free

November 20th, 2007

Brand of the Free was started several years ago in thought and finally grew tired of questionable quality imports flooding our economy and taking away not only our jobs but our US pride.

Brand of the Free

Mike, Brand of the Free:

“Our line of unique graphic tees are made exclusively in the United States with designs intended to get people thinking.

There is so much negative to be said about America that sometimes people forget that we really have so much to be proud of here.

We will also offer a Sustainable line of shirts that are 100% USDA Certified Organic Cotton. Every design that we sell will be printed in water based organic ink”.

Ethos T-shirts

November 20th, 2007

Ethos T-shirts are located in the UK just outside London.

Ethos tshirts

Fraser, Ethos T-shirts :

“The site and our current designs have all been created by under 18’s and thats how we want to keep it for now, acting as a spring board and support for teens who want to use their creative side for the good of mankind. We’d also like to share our experiences with others who would like to set up similar projects.

We decided to start producing t-shirts when we realised that we would like to wear our own designs and after some positive feedback we ran with the idea.

Not too long after, we have bought our first batch and will hopefully be printing more of our designs shortly”.
