Formed by H.Tom Part, reclusive music collector and amateur musician.

The t-shirts are the first phase in a 25 year project which will involve the creation of albums and music videos of bands who don’t “exist”.

There is also a sub-label within tooobscure called toopolitical with more politically driven tees
